He is a doctor, the emergency room to be happy out of his time. The need to see through a mask under the water without contact lenses leads to worry about LASIK surgery and a severe case of dry eye. With lubricating drops often the standard treatment in the United States and Europe, his condition slowly improved. In addition to detection and treatment for serious cases include drugs, surgery, administrative procedures, and carry moisture.
What to do at home? Recent studies show that increased consumption of omega-3 fatty acids will improve the situation, perhaps by 68% for women. Choose salmon, tuna, sardines and other cold water fish fat. Drink plenty of water and reduce your intake of caffeine. Caffeine, a diuretic, stimulates the body to remove water, while the body of water hydrates. Rubbing his eyes, but stain with a clean cloth. I congratulate the author for writing an opinion, intelligent short, readable, optimistic these pesky health problem. Patients who are newly diagnosed or have not yet been fully studied because of their dry eye problems, absolutely must buy this book. That said, for someone like me who have already consulted ophthalmologists, I am aware of my diagnosis and I read many articles on the Internet, almost all the known information. Occlusion However, I still found a nugget of information (ie, Punctal with a burning process is reversible, and may be beneficial Punctal plugs) may be important for my future treatment. That alone was worth the price of the book, because my eye doctor had never discussed this option. The book also contains a practical overview of the bewildering variety of OTC eye drops and some good memories of changes in style of life that may be of great use. As each person with dry eyes first go to an ophthalmologist to get a correct diagnosis, I love books like this because doctors are using these days so little time, you and explain all the strategies and treatment options can be useful. After that, some years ago, this book would be very useful for me is a perfect example of why a small investment can sometimes be more valuable than a series of medical appointments.
